John C. Roper 2nd, and Levicy (Gammon) Roper, parents of Hannah Helena (Roper) Maddux, lived south of Buffalo, Missouri. John came to Missouri with his father, John C. Roper the 1st. Both are buried in Dallas Co., Missouri.
